The Oxford Summer School programme has been refocused to offer targeted training at three clear levels of retail employees, from first line managers through to those approaching board level. 2012 sees the introduction of a new school at Foundation level and bringing the existing Oxford Retail Masters Forum (ORMF) into the fold from 2013.
