The Oxford Summer School is one of the 'jewels
in the crown' of UK retailing. It was established in 1923 and apart from
the War years has been running ever since. It will be celebrating it's 81st anniversary
this year.
Run 'by the trade for the trade' it allows middle managers
from across the spectrum of UK retailers to further develop
their retailing skills in one of the finest seats of
learning in the world, Keble College, Oxford University. Taking place annually for
a week in August, it combines a challenging academic programme
with the opportunity to network and have fun with fellow
retailers.
